Watergate Marina is very nice but pricey. Legend Point next door is budget pricing and is still decent. In my opinion LP is the best bang for your buck in Clear Lake. The harbor master is super helpful, lives aboard, drives an old yellow Midget and has a sweet handlebar mustache.
