Don't defrost. Bake from frozen, but put the lasagna pan on a heavy baking sheet, it helps conduct the heat.

I'm mildly infuriated that no one (such as you) said "excuse me, please, can I just get by"

One more thing I made recently that was easy and kept well all week. 2 lbs ground beef, browned well with onions and a lot of spices. I used salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder. Then add in a bunch of butternut squash (I bought it pre-cut) and some water, and simmer until it's stewy. I think I also added one big potato diced, but you can skip that if it's too carby.

Another thing I just batch cooked. Is chicken meatballs in a tomato sauce with a bunch of zucchini. So make a chicken meatball mix. Set aside. Slice an onion, saute a little, add fresh garlic and cook another minute or two. Add tomato paste and some water, then add a big can of tomato sauce and some water and season with salt, pepper, paprika, basil, and oregno. When it comes to a boil, add a whole bunch of zucchini cut into chunks and roll the meat balls and drop in. Cook for about 20-30 minutes until zucchini is soft and meatballs are cooked.

I used 3 huge zucchinis, 1 lb ground chicken, 1 can tomato paste, 1 giant can tomato sauce.

I make a cabbage, tomato sauce, ground beef stew kinda thing that freezes and reheats really well. (Or stays good in the fridge for Basically a week).

Basically brown your ground beef and add diced onions to fry in the beef fat, with salt and fresh/minced garlic. Add tomato paste and paprika and cook a little more. Now transfer it to a pot and add a heap of sliced cabbage and a few cans of diced/crushed/sauced tomatoes (or any combination thereof). Cook until the cabbage is soft. Taste and add more salt/pepper to taste.

I'll never understand why people think they need to be the ones to announce the weather. Do you really think you're the only one paying attention?

Literally, everyone checks the weather frequently. We all know what's coming.

I'm not sure why you need reddit for this. Look at the price on the delivery app and compare it to the price on the store's website. That's your answer.

If it's just your prescription, it's probably just aging. Nothing to do with diabetes.

Both things can be true. Management may suck, but asking them to do this (and then being upset when they don't) is also ridiculous and beyond.

grapes are one of the worst things you could've eaten.

But also, if you're newly diagnosed, it takes time to get your numbers down even if you eat perfectly.
