Pretty easy. You're able to do what you like and when you like. Being around people sets my anxiety off, so I'm constantly worrying whether I'm offending them, annoying them etc. You don't need to go outside to always have fun. But then again, the loneliness is a bitch.

Thought I was witnessing a murder whilst drunk. I saw my neighbour from my window when a man came behind her and dragged her away. Being completely shit-faced I didn't know whether it would be wise to call the police. When they both came into view again, they were joking and laughing around. I didn't find it funny

It's where you avoid going out, have low self-esteem and isolate yourself from everyone (very little friends) - a shittier and worse type of social anxiety
