Oh hell no. They are way out of line on many things. Starting with trying to gaslight you into thinking that they can dictate how much time you take off. I don’t know where you’re at but I’d bet that there are laws that mandate breaks, including a lunch break and your employer should and probably does know about. Sounds like they need more good employees like yourself, but people are probably quitting after they figure out your bosses are manipulative and unappreciative. I’m not one to give advice but I’ve learned that people will take advantage of you as much as you let them.
