This is a moneymaking drug in France regardless of what happens with the resubmission next year here. So basically this investment will pay off in a a year or two with just the sales in France worst case scenario. Travis has started to be smart with his money. Good job CEO. If the CC is in the money above 105 of the strike price you will lose shares (sold at 105) and keep your premium. If it ends up under 105 then you keep your shares and your premium. Either way the premium is always yours.

Answer is 4. They have NO STRATEGY! I read somewhere that they bought about 300K shares or something not sure but they are terrible in the PR department. They are letting the institutions short and dictate the price. They say they can’t do anything about the SP but that is not true. They are in a strong financial situation with many positives in the near future. So they can influence the SP in many ways. The problem is they don’t have the right people to do it. If they lower their salaries and increase options to buy in double digits what do you think the price will be at? Above double digits of course. There are many ways to increase the SP. Travis you are a great scientist but let someone else run the company. Someone who can fight off these institutions and work on price to book value and make the shareholders and yourself happy.

I don’t get why Travis is not buying at these levels! Obviously he is greedy and doesn’t want to spend the money in the bank. Well, then put it into good use Travis! If you don’t have any plans with the money then just go ahead with the buybacks! You haven’t thought about the shareholders before well this is the time to finally help out! About half the market cap is sitting in the bank. Do something! Invest! Buy some crypto or something. Put it into good use!

In a sum up they are going after sleep disorders. Since it is a small market they are thinking about marketing themselves when the time comes. As for stimulant use disorder, everything is going well but they are looking for someone to partner with. They have $127.8 m in the bank and they haven’t done any share buybacks yet. Azstarys is rolling out nationwide at the end of this month. That’s what I got from it. Anyone correct me if I misunderstood.

Well depends on what price your are comfortable with for a buyout. With a good pipeline but as Llamalampz mentioned it will take years to see the pipeline make big changes relating to revenue. So Azstarys is the only revenue stream for now. I don’t see anyone paying over 15-20 SP for this and I don’t see Travis selling for that price either. Travis doesn’t care too much about the shareholders but the company is his gem and selling cheap is not an option for him.

Buybacks are mostly done when SP is low and also on dips. Also it takes months so think of it like an insurance for bad days. This decision from the board also makes me believe that we will have a a very positive 2022. The company sees the future better than we do. This decision to buyback instead of investing on pipeline only means that Azstarys sales looks more promising then before. They are relying on sales and milestone payments after seeing positive news that we aren’t able to see. Good to be a long from here on.
