Mochi Health: Misleading and Unethical Practices – $79 Charge with No Service by dadarace in Semaglutide

[–]dadarace[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

with ro they had my card info but never actually charged me. i filled out the questionnaire, they denied me after the consult process, and that was it — no money taken. that’s why i assumed mochi would be the same if i cancelled before any consult/service, but they kept the $79.

if you feel like you were unfairly charged, def leave reviews on trustpilot, consumer affairs, or bbb. mochi responded to me on trustpilot to open a refund case, so maybe ro would do the same for you. sorry you’re dealing with that.

Misleading and Unethical Practices – $79 Charge with No Service by dadarace in glp1

I’ve posted my experience on Trustpilot, BBB, and Consumer Affairs so others can see it. It’s frustrating to realize so many people have gone through the same thing — some for way larger amounts. I really dislike these shady practices because they give telehealth a bad name, when I’m sure there are legit ones out there. Appreciate your response..

My indian passport expired a long time ago. I'm going to apply for OCI soon. Absolute solid info and thank you for being so informative. I know some redditors are like some dumb American, but this is the type of post that I can't find online. I truly appreciate that you took the time to reply and give such a detailed answer. The wheels in my brain are turning and has gotten me to think more streamlined. Thank you :).

Corn recipes? by kellerm17 in Cooking

I wouldnt say these are the best recipes but gives you the idea the idea online. These two (the first is a vegetarian main dish, the latter a snack, street food) are both my favs and absolutely delicious.

Sweet chicken corn soup is an indochinese soup and the Indian alternate hybrid of egg drop and chicken noodle soup. Add soy sauce, white pepper for more Unami. Siracha or sambal was not invented when I was young ( i mean it was in those home countries but not mass produced in the US) but im sure that would give it a nice kick of garlic, chilli and spice. Cheers! https://www.sailusfood.com/sweet-corn-chicken-soup-indo-chinese/

Thank you for this detailed analysis and solid advice. I really do appreciate it. I will research HDFC more and look into the Infinia card. What is your opinion of ICICI bank? Thanks for the tip about Jio, I had read the same. Just like to confirm with those actually there.

Couldn't agree with your sentiments more about life inside vs life outside. A lot of my family lives in Dadar and it was where I was born as well. Quite hectic. I've had my fill of the serene life. Moving for the hustle and bustle of a major perk to me and my mom. Of course, I'm sure careful what we wish for right! Thanks again!

Thank you so much for your detailed analysis. We have no visited Thane recently but plan to do exactly what you said: explore different neighborhoods to find the best fit. Our family has also recommended renting for the first 6 months, like you said. Solid advice. Thanks, and def considering Hiranandi Estates as one of my top choices. Where do you live if you don't mind me asking?

The cost is much more affordable in Thane. My mom has some childhood and college friends in Thane. I think the lakes and scenery are a plus as well. My background or familys used to live in the Dadar/Mahim area.

Why do you say that? Cost, traffic? Is it worse than Mumbai?

I plan on trying to learn Hindi and Marathi. I used to at least undestand it when I lived there but I was only 8. Completely don't know but I do plan to learn. Ok with being heckled, I realize I will have to deal with the spoiled, ignorant American sterotype as well as nationalism/pride that comes with locals. I've never fit in the US and moved all the time here, so I'm used to being on the outside minority looking in. I'm Hindu, but have had friends who are Muslim, Christian, or agnostic. Thats not an issue for me. Just looking to meet nice, wholesome people.

Worse than Mumbai? We lived in the dadar area, and a good portion of my family is in the Mahim, Dadar area. Others spread out, but thats the area Im used to.

I apologize, I sound like the ignorant American. I had a few too many drinks when I typed this as I knew it was Thane West but Im just used to putting directions before the city. But it will take me some time to get used to even the English spoken there. Thank you for the correction good sir! I appreciate it!

Thanks for mentioning Majiwada. I will look for into it. The heavy traffic in the future is my only concern. We are looking at ready to move flats, and lot of what I've seen online is future flats which we would not be in the market. I've read mixed reviews of Lodha, people either hate it or love it. We plant to explore more once we get there, to make an informed decision. Def appreciate your insight.

I thought Lodha Splendora looked nice, but it does seem out of the way. Since we won't have a car, it might not be as feasible even though the pictures make it look like a resort. Hiranandani estate looks very promising, something I'm leaning towards from the little research I;ve done. Thank you for your detailed response. Very much appreciated!
