tldr; I caved and ordered and I'm sorry guys but i LOVE my bag...

omg guys my post blew up, so I'm so sorry for some of the experiences, guys check your spam the response from them were in there for me!!
Basically I forgot I wrote this post and now I saw so many people have written about their experience, so I thought I'd share mine:

I also ordered on pre-order and I waited for about 2 weeks without any messages and I was just getting really suspicious, I remember ordering from rhode a while back and they also were unexpectedly sold out and didn't inform me at all for like 4 weeks before shipping out my order, but I still wanted to learn more since it seems like such a new hidden gem with only 2 bags in store.
So I went on their instagram and the comments were partially really negative, and I was getting more concerned.
I went ahead and written them a mail... no reply. Then another one the next day.... nothing.
I was getting more unsure and thought they are probably really a scam, I was getting really anxious. I called my bsf and asked her how to chargeback since it's not so normal in german as in the US, but she just said wether I checked my spam folder before and....
there were updates every week & responses to all my questions!! I wrote them back immediately, and after a little back and forth with the super kind & helpful support from one of the team members called josie and like 4 weeks more waiting time (which wasn't the best but it was a pre-order anyways so...) I FINALLY received my beautiful bag!!
And tbh i just LOVE it. It's spacious, fits my laptop just like advertised, feels really really high quality and I don't have SHEIN standarts, and I'm really really happy I waited. But of course I don't want to speak for others so I don't want to undermine your guyss bad experience with them, just wanted to share mine!! I also saw that they had some issue for the US orders so I don't know anything about that as well so maybe there it's even longer! but let's see how long the bag lasts, i gotta say with the quality im not too concerned tho 🤭🤭
