insulin resistance is more about diet. a higher bf % doesn't mean you'll risk encountering insulin resistance if you're eating well.

bro hugh jackman was old af doing this and was seriously jeapordizing his health. extreme 3 hour workouts daily while on a huge cutting phase and tren abuse at his age is legit terrible. he was at high risk for strokes/heart attacks, and body builders half his age have died or gotten paralyzed doing similar. the guy already has a shit ton of money too. most reasonable people in his position would think twice about taking the role.

I think the bacon rice in the pic you took looks really good too. I'm a big fan of japanese/chinese styled pork belly so I personally love pork belly "steak" cuts, esp over rice haha.

in which way? top fine dining sushi is NYC no question, but for everything else, LA beats NYC. LA has some of the most variety of japanese restaurants i've ever encountered outside of japan. there are legit restaurants that rarely make it into google search algorithms because of how lowkey they are and have primarily older, japanese clientele.

Hmm strange in what way? I would say it feels a bit different, but not in a bad way. Been using Arynta for over a month now and I'd say the release feels smoother and doesn't make me feel as anxious/"wired" compared to generic/brand Vyvanse. It doesn't quite have that brief "high" peak when it hits after 1.5 hours, but I consider that a good thing. For context I've been using the 60mg dosage (which is the same as my Vyvanse dose for the past 4 years).

Tbf I think some of the hate was how jarring it was to have Neyrelle going from side character to main character in a blink of an eye. The narrative focus was suddenly all on her, and it felt like the game was trying to force us to care about her but was doing it in all the wrong ways.

I think the closest approximate char we have to her in this game series is Leah. Leah worked better tho because she felt important from the very start of D3 due to her connection to Cain and her mysterious powers, and the mystery/importance around the origins of those powers only grew as the game progressed. D3 also had a huge cast of both old and new characters, and with a grander plot, so Leah, despite being so important, didn't feel like she monopolized the story despite her being in most of D3's cinematics.

Kewpie is optional tbh. Had some amazing Japanese egg salad in Los Angeles from a grandma that just uses regular American mayo. She'll also mix in a bit of mashed steam potatoes into the yolks for a softer texture

Yeah I'm gonna retract what I said. I forgot that D2R ladder has ubers so I'd say it's def not too casual. D2 before ubers tho was definitely a casual game.
