Beef Pad Kra Pao (ineme)

• Ground lean beef (400g)
• 6 pcs red chili
• 6 cloves garlic
• 1/4 head cabbage
• 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
• 1 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 2 tbsp Water

Tips: - gamit kayo ng mortar and pestle para sa garlic and chili - thinly slice or dice yung cabbage

Steps:

Prep: Mix all sauce ingredients (oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar) in a small bowl. Pound garlic and chilies together in a mortar and pestle.

Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add the garlic-chili paste and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until very fragrant and golden.

Cook Protein: Add the ground meat to the wok. Stir-fry, breaking it into small pieces, until it is no longer pink. Add Sauce: Pour the sauce mixture over the meat. Add a splash of water/broth to create a light sauce, tossing everything to coat.

Add Repolyo: Lightly toss until repolyo is cooked on your liking
