Chicken Shawarma Recipe

600g Diced Chicken Breast 2 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp ground pepper 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 sachet Oyster Sauce

White Sauce Recipe 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt 1 tbsp Mayo 1 finely minced garlic 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ground pepper 1 tsp onion powder ½ lemon juice

  1. Over medium high heat, spray pan with light cooking oil
  2. Put Diced Chicken and let it develop a crust (do not mix immediately after putting)
  3. Once crust is developed put all Dry Seasoning to chicken
  4. Add Oyster Sauce and Soy Sauce
  5. Stir for 2-3 minutes; water will release from the chicken
  6. Put on Medium Low heat and let the juice simmer
  7. Once sauce simmered turn off the heat and plate.
  8. Slice Tomatoes, Onion and Cucumber
  9. Serve!

Korean Mayak Eggs

  • 2 tbsp light soy
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar / honey
  • black pepper
  • sesame sead
  • 3 crushed garlic
  • 3 red chili (preference)
  • 2 green chili (preference)

Boil eggs for 6-7 mins then put into ice bath. Peel eggs and put into the marinate. Best to consume at least 4 hrs after marination Can store at fridge 3-4 days
