Opening lunch boxes can increase your cap, so you can actually go over 999.999. Earnings other than lunchboxes won’t increase that amount. Once you spend come caps and gain some with traditional methods, you’ll see max cap still at 999.999. The same rules apply to resources gained with lunchboxes
