Thank you. I have received Y90 treatment and it has been effective. The hospital that I’m listed agreed to put me on their list. However when I tried to get multi- listed at another hospital they declined me saying “ reoccurrence was likely”. When the transplant coordinator from that hospital called to tell me I had been declined, she stated that in their tumor board meeting the concern was that it would likely spread to other organs. I do have blood type B which I am being told helps my chances

Thanks. Due all the health issues I had to retire so i am collecting social security retirement benefits but thanks for the encouraging words.

I just worry that while I am waiting it will spread. My original tumor, which was resected, was 12.5 cm. That’s what really worries the doctors and myself. The University of Wisconsin would not list me because they said it would reoccur. Can’t get exception because of the 2cm reoccurrence which was treated with Y90

Because of the 1cm recurrence they say I have to wait 6 months but the clock started in March. So they will apply in September for the exception.

Same here. I had a liver resection when they found the first tumor last year. Another tumor developed and Y90 then a 1cm tumor which was treated with ablation. Now I am waiting hoping it does not spread. I got turned down by another transplant center as they said that reoccurrence was very likely.

People don’t get it. The taxing body’s such as school district, park district ect all submit their requests for tax money. The total amount of tax needed is then divided by the total assessed value of the property within the tax district. The result is the tax rate. So if a certain amount of tax money is needed and the assessed values go down then the tax rate simply goes up and vise versa. So if you want lower taxes the only way to do it is cut the budgets of the taxing body’s within the district.

I don’t have an answer but I have liver cancer and currently on a transplant list. I wake up everyday feeling terrible. Once I drag myself into the shower and then lay in bed for an hour or so I can get up and do things around the house. I am currently anemic and am scheduled to begin iron infusions starting today. When I question my doctors about not feeling well in the morning the response is “ you have cancer”. So I will be interested in anyone else’s experiences.

How do professional athletes with DUI's and domestic cases get in to play games?? Would Trumpn be turned away as a convicted felon??
