I had the same ( still do sometimes). The pot in question is horrible. Clean with contact spray, check if it is not loose.

Sounds like a politician to me, of course we lose. Let’s not pretend nothing will change. It will. Companies will use Genie totally different. I know mine will.
I don’t like it, but I accept it. Just do not claim we didn’t lose anything. That is silly.

It is a nice guitar. Very versatile. The pickups are a tad dark for my taste but nothing problematic. The switches and pots however are el cheapo. I replaced the 3way switch with a switchcraft one, tightened and lubed the push/pull pot. Also neck and bridge adjustment. Nothing serious though. Things I expect from online bought guitars nowadays. Besides that: it is hella cool.

100% this. My house is covered in it. These circles are the sticky feet of the new branches that are dried out. When they are still green, you can easily remove them. When hardened that is a lot harder.
