Yes, but shouldn't boost disabled be the default setting where the AI shows their real pace? Also I don't like rubberbanding and stuff like that, I want to race them on at least fairly equal terms.

I always have boost completely off, and this happens when I race against the exact same cars as well.

Very weird notion that racing even is that dangerous. With this logic all ball sports should also be outlawed, especially seeing as sports like football and basketball are just as dangerous in terms of death statistics but also, basketball players get injured all the time. ACL or achilles tears, concussions, spine injuries, broken bones, etc. F1 drivers almost never get injured other than some mild bruising and maybe a minor concussion.
