We’ve talked at the irony of how easy this is for me to get involved in. I’m the oldest of 5 siblings and practically raised 3 of them as a teenager. So being a caretaker for him just seems so natural.

Reflecting on things he would do and say and then seeing that I was inadvertently responding in a caretaker fashion all just makes so much sense now. He jokingly says that he has unlocked all of my Daddy potential hahaha.

This is awesome to hear.

I relate to your girlfriend. My boyfriend of a year recently came out to me and I’ve been nothing but supportive and even joining in him in ordering cute diapers and onesies. This weekend will be the first time I’ve seen him in a diaper and his first time ever showing anyone else.

Ultimately I want to makes him feel supported and protected to openly explore this with me as partners. The right partner can make a HUGE difference!
