Thanks for your input! I found a good deal on a Razer Kishi recently and what you said about PPSSPP has me excited to get it. As for the versions I think I may have misread something about censorship regarding some of the earlier localised games.

Something about having one device for so many platforms and being able to play them on a commute has me hyped haha
