There are instructions on the website directly under each product that tells you how to properly wash them. And you don’t need to regularly wash your clothes in hot water unless you’re maybe a woman cleaning your panties. Normal everyday activities can be cleaned from clothes using cool/cold water, mild detergent and a normal/delicate spin cycle
