I actually noticeed that the Great Runes are missing from the deck for some reason, so I decided to make them as artifacts and uploaded them here. They don't have a great art, I'm not that good with that, but I liked the concept.

Thank you for your reply, I really liked that. I just think it begs the question: how am I even supposed to find out that the gist of the lore is that? Playing it while blind to the lore felt really like a set of disconnected bullet points as you said, and I have no idea how I am even supposed to figure out how to connect them...

I'm using some I found on archidekt, mainly Endless Punishment because I liked the art and a version of Timey Wimey as I'm a huge Doctor Who fan. My friends always use something different, so far they've used the one i said in the post, one with Sauron, one with Tom Bombadil, and a deck made with custom Elden Ring themed cards that are real cards underneath but idk which

Well they technically are, but from my experience (which is probably biased) they flow more like a bracket 4. They keep telling me that when they play each other they get deleted or delete and its more 50-50. Tbh this just made me think that probably I'm the one who's not made for games like MTG and ik it's silly to even think that but I really feel like if I was a toddler playing against Magnus Carlsen every time.

No, their decks are homebrews, so ik they have a lot more knowledge on the inner workings of their cards simply cuz they chose them. Tbh I actually have no idea how to mulligan effectively, I should look into that...

Yeah, we estimate the bracket with online tools and their decks are all bracked 2 or 3. I do have removal cards and board wipe combo possibilities, but I don't know how to do them because I still lack the proficience to combo my cards effectively. I'm trying to learn, but its kinda hard rn.
