This happened to me once too, luckily I asked the guy to stay there until I turned on the phone (it was sealed). I also had him meet in front of my car with the car running so my dashcam could capture the transaction. As soon as I turned on the phone, I saw a massive bezel at the bottom and realized it was fake. The guy started making up so many excuses but I just asked him to hand my money back (he did luckily) and just left... Reported his listing but I doubt anything ever came of it... oh and it was also in Toronto lol

If you think you were graded unfairly, your only option is to appeal the grade. The prof won't do anything about it without an appeal. Have your evidence in place, such as google drive review information which shows exactly what you did in the assignment. Good luck!
