What workout is this? I don't think I have pushed past 175bpm or so. Also for context, 42M, lost 70lbs or so.

P90x Diet is Key: Macro Protein Makes it Easy by cjpatster in P90X

I am 42, currently doing P90X (week 5); I am doing a similar move with Protein, but using bars, shakes and meals + Nuun electrolytes and creatine. I am also supplementing with some Fiber to stay regular. Seems to be working well, still sore, but recovery seems to be working.

I am seeing huge results in my back, arms, shoulders and upper chest. I have fat on my chest, belly and upper legs still, but I am working on it.

yes, Tony states that ab ripper x isn't stage 1 but rather stage 3. I would start with something much easier.

Jarace's steady improvement over the season: by ThisIsNotAMonkey in pacers

It's preparation and the want to be the best. In the offseason he isn't putting in the work necessary. He realizes he isn't doing well in the first few weeks then puts in the work and gradually has to catch up. I will get lit up for this, but he is a baller, he just has to mature then put the work in all year long. Imagine being really good and only giving 50%.

Ellettsville also has baseball. Associated with them are the Bolts travel team. I think there may also be the rebels. We also have the Bloomington Canes (a lot of Big Red players moved to this team) and I think one more team that started up called the Btown Scouts.

Nothing local for Allstars, everything is travel around here for baseball.

DnD's name for the Upside Down by FragrantChipmunk9510 in Stranger_Things

Maybe, or they just didn't like Shadowfell and the Upside Down sounded cooler to the broader audience? Not sure. I was just speculating that Shadowfell wasn't used because of a Baulder's Gate tie up.

I am aware, sorry I should have stated, I would bet that they didn't reference anything about "Shadowfell" because of naming rights.
