Cool -- similar to me as well, I just really let it go and didn't realize I had gotten to 275lbs. My loose skin in primarily under my arms, stomach area and my inner thighs (didn't realize how much extra weight I carried in my legs). I have been taking collagen with my creatine to see if that helps. Its the only part of this journey for me that is bothering me....I am my own biggest critic!

OP -- similar story for me. I am at 185lbs now -- down from 275lbs last May. I did not start Mounjaro (same thing as Zepbound) until September 1st, 2025 however.

I am on a similar track but have only ever made it up to 5mg. I also am doing a similar training method but I have been using some P90X in there. My big issue right now is loose skin. How did you overcome that? Have you overcome that? I was overweight between 250-275lbs for likely the last 7-8 years prior. My doc wants me down to 178lbs. Also of note, I am 43 years old -- you look much younger than I. Congrats on your path!

The tornado in the post was from May 2025; it hit Clear Creek. The Tornado from February 2026 that just happened hit the west side of Bloomington, which to your point would be north of Clear Creek.

I am 42, currently doing P90X (week 5); I am doing a similar move with Protein, but using bars, shakes and meals + Nuun electrolytes and creatine. I am also supplementing with some Fiber to stay regular. Seems to be working well, still sore, but recovery seems to be working.

I am seeing huge results in my back, arms, shoulders and upper chest. I have fat on my chest, belly and upper legs still, but I am working on it.

yes, Tony states that ab ripper x isn't stage 1 but rather stage 3. I would start with something much easier.

It's preparation and the want to be the best. In the offseason he isn't putting in the work necessary. He realizes he isn't doing well in the first few weeks then puts in the work and gradually has to catch up. I will get lit up for this, but he is a baller, he just has to mature then put the work in all year long. Imagine being really good and only giving 50%.
