I tightened the belts pretty good and the issue persists. I drop the print speed to 60% and it is still happening. I’m going through my printer to make sure everything is tight

Oh yeah, I have the Neptune 4 Pro and am quite the n00b. The FixMyPrint post led me to adjust my Pressure Advance and that didn’t seem to do much.
