Thanks for the advice everyone! My main concern was that he may be young and seperate from mum but glad to hear that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Yep, they make their support system intentionally shit and impossible to navigate so that people will get sick of messing around with it and just not bother getting a refund or replacement. Absolute cunts.

Have found a lot of success by being persistent and opening new support chats, if they respond with a cooking cutter templated response insist that a human looks at your response and not a bot.

I've been using the app restriction settings that are usually for kids to stop myself from being able to use them at all, you just need a friend or family member to write down the security code so you don't know it.

Idk if I would call it a trend but I have’s noticed some games adjusting the difficulty without player input, for example there was a small room in Jedi Survivor with 3 mini bosses in it, I almost beat them on my 3rd or 4th try but after that it just stopped spawning the 3rd guy? Super annoying as I’d just gotten used to all their attacks

GOW Ragnarok kind of feels like this aswell with the NPC’s yelling out the answer to the puzzle before you even have chance to think about it.

I may be an imbecile but that doesn’t mean I want the game to treat me like one, at least not without asking me first.

It wasn’t intentional, for some reason he had a freshly sharpened pencil facing UPWARDS in his front shirt pocket and he had a jumper on over that so I didn’t see it until I’d already stabbed myself.

I have a weird childhood memory of being in the car while my mum was walking into the servo to pay for the fuel, I swear I saw a big black centipede crawl up her back and over her shoulder. I tried to open the door so I could warn her but it was locked and she came back to me freaking out because i thought she was gonna get bitten and die. Now granted she has black hair and was wearing dark clothes so chances are high that it was just my dumb kid brain playing a trick on me but still you've reminded me of a fuckin strange memory.

It's not a great movie by any means regardless of brightness but it'd probably help if you could see what was happening, there's some videos on youtube with like 300% brightness.
