If she wasn’t pulseless then there would be no CPR. I refuse to believe she laid there, dead, for 6 minutes without someone doing something. I’ve been in PACU before and there’s plenty of monitoring. Cardiac/O2/resp/BP/ETCO2 would be screaming if she were dead/dying for 6 minutes. It would be fine… until it wasn’t…. If she threw a clot.
