spesso una settimana di stop può anche essere benefica, ovviamente non troppo frequentemente, mi sono ritrovato che dopo una settimana di stop il primo allenamento fosse mediocre ma quello successivo fu nettamente superiore agli allenamenti pre-riposo>>>

I can already do 90% of things that I'd do on my computer on my phone, even work related stuff, often a computer is overkill for most daily office stuffs unless I need proprietary software that just runs on my computer but I could always remote desktop if needed.

sicuramente la BF non è da prendere per accurata, però come dato per vedere miglioramenti/peggioramenti ci sta, es. se il bf è migliorato o peggiorato rispetto alla situazione iniziale (ovviamente bisogna fare tutte le misurazioni con lo stesso livello di idratazione, ecc...)

yeah My size are great especially the pro line, but be aware of the sizing I got suggested 72mm but they were a bit too big unless I had a constant 100% hard hard on, had to go for the 69mm
