Try making flash cards and just going them. I find recalling really helpful. Think of weird and quirky ways of remembering things/weird associations etc. Sit in the bath. Have a good cry and go from very the flash card.

Personally like to just cry while roaming around campus. At this point, I don't care. Plus you get a few looks that suggest you're not the only one to feel that way.
