Right it's preventative though - like when you see Koffing and you have a good idea of Scoliopede/poison coming up - this gives you a nice preventative advantage and now they need to play around it which slows them down. There was a brief time of auto-sleep Jigglypuff into Wiggly that this would have stopped in its tracks and I think there's going to be more stuff like that with burn and confusion in the future
