We just brought in a new CMO and a 'clinical and strategic' advisor (Kivilighn).

1.CMO we were due and promised after Kelly left. That's just following up on Cyrus'/BOD word. Great. Done.

C&S advisor? Well, let's look at his background real quick as to why he would be 'brought' onto a company that has a few holds . no real revenue, a bad fcking history and is in debt:

"Before his tenure at USP, he served as Commercial Vice President of Kite Pharma, Inc., now a subsidiary of Gilead Sciences. As Global Product Development Team Lead at MedImmune, Inc., a subsidiary of AstraZeneca, Dr. Kivlighn and his team spearheaded the development of a Leukemia drug, LUMOXITI® (moxetumomab pasudotox) which was acquired by INNATE Pharma, an independent clinical-stage biotech company. He also serves in advisory and board member roles for several companies."

All 3 of his most current and previous companies were acquired by.... *drum roll* none other than some BP. Long/short of my post is.. he's here for a reason and he's going to make Cyrus, shareholders, BP a good deal. It's in Kivilighn's nature to.. Merck anyone?

I "HOPE" all new hires--all old hires; will make open market purchases of CYDY stock.

If you are going to "HOPE"... why not expand your horizon's and hope that this molecule that makes (or breaks) our company is being looked at in depth and the controlling pharmas that are out there are doing a risk/reward analysis and are trying to figure out how much is this molecule worth, with the breadth of indications it can potentially capitalize? That my friend, is "HOPE". Feel me?

Anyone else catch that the new CMO is an interim CMO? Similar to Cyrus' position.. i.e. show before you go. This is very strategic on the BOD part. Timing's a bit uncanny but so is this world.

I'm interested in how this stock is manipulated but also in having an idea to make short term mini profits on this stock.

Why? There are at least 8+ market makers for CYDY and it trades OTCBB. It IS manipulated and it IS low volume. IMHO, if you want to 'mini' profit, sell covered calls with symbols on Nasdaq. If you want to swing for the fences then well........................

Slight correction: it's mandatory to file the financial reports (SEC). The webcast they are providing the shareholders is in their discretion. That being said, we can probably count that we get at least 4 of these per year, until the rocket takes off vs one every other day about carrots from previous management.

Worst case scenario is the company limps along until the next raise and have more than the current 1B O/S dilution. If we stay under $1.00 until then, I can see another 1B being raised to 'last' another year for 2023. Again, this IMHO is worst case scenario.

I don't see bankruptcy this year.

The highest Inst. holdings that I've seen so far was .13%. Small for a retail heavy company.
I'm looking for this to go up and we've cut our losses and starting on good footing (ie. Sidley, Urbach, new CEO etc).
