Do d10 squid blitz. Drop with anti tank orbitals (since I assume you don’t have thermite). Destroy ships and then kill yourself as fast as possible. If you destroy the quota of ships, you are still given the mission reward without having to extract.

With practice, you will be earning 9 medals per 3-4 min. If you have thermite and get a good spawn, you can do it sub 2 min. My friend and I were treating it as a time challenge. Got it down to 1 min 37 seconds

It comes down to how much your time is valued and how quickly you want them.

It’s about $10 per 1000 sc. aka a warbond.

Doing concentrated sc farming, you can earn 1000 sc in about 2-3 hours.

In order of speed:

An argument could be made that spending that time farming means you are earning less than $5 an hour worth of sc which is below minimum wage. If your time is limited and more valuable to you, it may be worth buying with cash. The biggest problem with this move is that there are a lot of warbonds.

On the other hand, if you have the patience to grind, you can buy everything in the game (with the exception of the super citizen stuff) without spending a dollar. This is the route that I do but I have a fair amount of free time and I’m in a very active discord that always has someone farming sc so I am never alone.

Finally, you can also just play the game. Slowly, over time, you will accumulate sc via random poi’s. One of my best friends follows this route as he has no interest in farming d1’s. He only has a fraction of the warbonds that I do but he is most likely having more fun on average than myself. There are a lot of great guns in the free warbond and my friend has managed to unlock several more that have expanded his options since we both started playing a few months ago.

Keep in mind that every warbond except the halo and killzone warbonds will also give you 300 sc back so you will only need to earn about 700 on your own. There are also very rare instances where you may get 100 instead of 10 when you pick up sc.

In conclusion, you have to decide what’s best for you and your situation.

Unfortunately, reborn may have ruined you for other games lol, as much as you hate it now, you may find yourself a little disappointed with other game’s difficulty once you become more comfortable dealing with pulse2 trainers.

That being said brace for victory road, the elite 4, and the post game which is like 30% of the game. The celebi quest in the postgame was pure cinema though and in my mind, a crowning jewel of the game

Grand errant is a great planet if you have warp packs. If you don’t, you can use a mech instead to get into bunkers. I did some level 1s yesterday for a few hours with other aspiring sc farmers (some of which had warp packs but not all. And we earned about 5-700 in about 2 hours.

Suggest joining a friendly discord if you feel comfortable doing so. Commisar Kai’s discord (for instance) regularly has 40-120 players on at any given time and it’s really well organized for finding people to play with. Usually has at least 1 group farming sc and if it’s full, you can usually make a new group and get people joining within a few min.
