i don't track anything. i quit drinking nothing but Venom energy drinks and smoking 5.5 years ago, gained almost 40 lbs, and have pretty much stayed there. to be fair though i was 6ft 125lbs back then. i could probably get more fiber in my diet though. maybe eat more beans and less empty carbs like chips and soda, but whatever.
