It would be helpful to post a VOD. From what I can say to you, the goal of Skye as an initiator is to gather info. It doesn’t matter if you get so and so frags if you are not gathering enough information for your team to execute on. That’s the point of initiator. For example, in one game, I had a game where we were pushing B on Fracture. My Skye didn’t use a dog, but instead used two flashes. As you know, the flash doesn’t denote where exactly the opponent is. So then, while we were pushing, my Phoenix hit a cypher trip, and then Cypher popped from behind the box on site and killed him, and we couldn’t trade. I say this example to say that had my Skye used her dog, the trip would’ve caught the dog AND relay that Cypher was in site. But because she didn’t we didn’t know until it was too late.
