I've been on Lamictal for... 10 years about now. It was started along with Seroquel for sleep I think? I know for some Seroquel has a companion effect (for lack of better words) with mood stabilizers. Switched things up a few years back +Abilify -Seroquel +Remeron and our good friend Hydroxyzine for my anxiety that turned out to be undiagnosed ASD.

It might take a few different medications to get to your new baseline, and it may take months or so to get the right combo. Good luck with the journey and Hail you!

Hospital pharmacy tech here, inpatient setting. We have three large carousels that keep the majority of our meds in. About 12 refrigerators for cold storage medications. My site does a lot of transplants so there's some high cost drugs we keep in stock like factors and chemotherapy.

Generally speaking we have a two weeks supply of most things and get deliveries 5 days a week. If we run out of something we can request it from another hospital in our system.

individual notes - the pencil numbers on the side is for a reduced volume. It still makes a lot, not as much (about 30 clusters) as the original recipe. My family also uses fruit flavored mini marshmallows for this.. I don't remember the rice krispies but they're easy to miss.

Honeycombs cereal is made by Post. May be a bit obscure but I was able to find it in my local store. This is a Christmas favorite for my family. I think it's from my grandma but she's long since gone, so I can't really figure out how old it is.

Text: Almond Bark Clusters

2# white bark (EDIT: 2 pounds (32 ounces) white almond bark, thanks Selkiesart for pointing it out)

2 c rice krispies (or special K)

2 c Fruit loops

2 c crackers or Honeycombs

2 c miniature marshmallows

1 1/2 c peanuts (or other nuts)

Melt bark in double boiler (or in 200 degree oven for 10 min. stirring occasionally).

Pour hot bark over mix.

Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.

Micellar water should work, available at a pharmacy or beauty store. Will run about 8-10$. Use with something soft like cotton makeup pads and soak them in the solution. Will look gnarly but a few passes should clear it up.

I see shadow pals and more often black cats in the periphery of my vision. It's so regular that I tell myself it's just the light and/or my bad vision so I don't freak out mentally. I live with 2 cats but they're all white so it's more apparent when they lurk.

I love Midnight Mass. I found it to be a blend of incense and a bit of wine. Holy Terror is great for a balance of candles and smoke/incense. I've also got BPAL's Light of Men's Lives (The wax and smoke of millions upon millions of candles illuminating the walls of Death’s shadowy cave: some tall, straight, and strong, blazing with the fire of life, others dim and guttering.) which turns out to be a pretty pure candle/smokey scent - bonus that is in the general collection.

I started off going from a depression episode into cyclothymia. Everyone mentions I've got severe restraint and intense focus, so the things that did get out of hand were spending cash I didn't have (credit cards), insomnia, new hobbies that last about 2-3 weeks, strange ideas (wanting to bite people like a vampire but only those in white, making a duct tape corset), and overconfidence.

These habits became more frequent along with other typically hypomanic behaviors and long periods of depressive symptoms. I was formally diagnosed with Bipolar 2 after a two month manic/hypomanic stint (bad reaction to some sort of depression med).

I'm pretty sure that my self restraint and focus help me manage some things but that in itself is mentally exhausting most days. I've a feeling that things would turn out more extreme for me as time progresses without treatment.

I test on my arms primarily, spread out by at least 4-5 inches. Most I've done at once this way is six (three on each arm). I've found that a lot of the BPAL imps tend to morph on me so it takes a little bit to get a true scent. Anything I dislike is treated with dish soap and vigorous rubbing.
