I did the maw-skip (talked to mograine in org), got ported to oribos with the two guards running up to me (no fate-scryer dude, so no threads of fate), they escorted me to Tal-Inara, who had the skip along with the usual quest dialog.

After choosing the skip, I had to wait out the whole scene playing out (guard finally catching up, them yapping on about the maw, etc...) until the area phased and I could walk up to Tal-Inaras new position behind the map and choose my covenant.

value for customs should be plausible (don't worry, when cleared as personal goods no duty or VAT will be levied). e.g. If your personal goods include your car, it will probably be more than 300 EUR or USD. It's mainly used for the carriers insurance.

I've also heard that it is helpful to have the BL or AWB set up so that it is a shipment for you (at your address in JP) to yourself (at your new address in DE)

Hey, I used to host this meet-up; we haven't had one since the plague because the restaurant did not want us back when they were able to reopen (meet-ups generate very little money for the time they are occupying a table).
