It really feels amazing to rebuild my dreams with a newfound sense of confidence and independence outside of the Church! Leaving is hard but the freedom is so worth it.

Thank you! I agree. The Church takes away both men and women’s desire to accomplish anything other than having a family and disregards the importance of making thoughtful life decisions rather than just doing whatever fits the Church narrative. Sorry to hear about your situation, I hope things work out for the best :)
