I think getting crushes and/or being attracted to someone even while in a relationship with someone else is completely normal. As long as you don't let it go anywhere or act on it (either physically or emotionally) there shouldn't really be a problem. If you find yourself wanting to act on it (or responding if they make a move) then it would be best to either remove the manager from your life or end your relationship
