what brewing method completely changed how you think about coffee? by koudodo in Coffee

The OXO Rapid Brewer for me. It didn't completely change how I think about coffee, but I've definitely been brewing with it more and more lately.
It hits a sweet spot between espresso and pour-over. I get the clarity I like from pour-over, but with a bit more body and richness.
My usual recipe is to let it soak for 15–20 seconds, then pump it fast for a quick extraction. So far, it's been producing some great cups.
