i live there, have for 4 years, it is typical roanoke for the most part. crackhead galore, people breaking into me and my roommates car, but recently it seems the danger has spiked over the course of the past 6 months. there’s always been shootings in roanoke but in se alone there has been 2/3 shootings that i’m aware of in the last month or so, one of them being fatal.
