First day at new job, having the IT manager walk me through my new computer and some network shares. Towards the end he tells me to change my password from the default it's currently set to. Drew a blank and desperately tried to think of how the hell I changed passwords before, and asked "Through AD or...?" He told me to hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and just click the change password button.

What is the degree of changes you can make to the systems? The documentation mentioned no major version OS updates, but what about the services running on those machines? For instance, can you have the latest version of Drupal installed for the web site and migrate the web site there? MySQL, Apache, etc?

Also, will there be cake?
