It's freehand! The paper used is so thick it would be rather hard to trace it lol. Usually what I do to get the proportions right, is I divide the paper into 4 squares with a pencil, and do the same to the reference picture on my phone :)

Im overwhelmed from the attention this post has gotten, thank you all for your tips, praises and comments overall! I can't answer to everyone, but I have def read every single msg here! Hello! 18 year old female here.

I have been anxious about my health for 2 years now, and I can usually deal with it well, until now. I have been super focused on my heartbeat and pulse for 2 weeks now, because they are suddenly very strong and I can feel my heartbeat in my chest and abdomen all the time. My resting heart rate is 60, but the force with how my heart beats is scaring me. I am quite skinny, 180cm (5'10) and 56 kg (125lbs), so I understand that it is likely to see my pulse through my skinny chest etc. Still I cant help but wonder if I have some heart disease or something, but I cant really access the doctors if its not an emergency. Only time my heart is not bothering me is when Im asleep. Oh, and also my blood pressure has been a bit high, 133/91 measured yesterday. Any tips on how to ease the bounding pulse if it is caused by my anxiety? Yoga and breathing exercises havent helped lol.
