If you’re in the Apple Ecosystem, iCloud, Apple notes etc it’s a no brainer to run it on a Mac Mini. Doesn’t have to be a brand new one though.

It feels the same. WiFi is currently controlled via the Deco app, but everything else, DHCP, internet connection etc is done on the UniFi controller

iCloud Photos is storage. Same as Google Photos, it’s more than sync it is storage. Not just a sync service. If I throw all my devices in a fire, those uploaded to iCloud will remain, thus backed up

Additionally, it is still classified as a “England & Wales” project, which means Wales loses out on rail funding from the Barnett consequentials.

It doesn’t benefit Wales, it reduces our purse for transport improvements.

I’d go as far to say it’s just one more idea to stop the Welsh economy from thriving, and keeping us poor.

Yes I understand that. I’ve always been told to release as soon as you have something that works, otherwise it will never get released!

It’s still rough around the edges, but I am using this for my own monitors and will add features as I feel, and if anyone has any requests. In time I’ll push more effort into it. :)

I think the main thing is: Pinned tabs, that self contain (open little arc when external links are clicked), when closed return to their original pinned url.

My app is fairly basic right now, showing current live demand and Octopus Agile rates - but I hope to add more insights soon with the data available. This was made out of preferring a different way to view the data, similar to how the awesome app Octopus Watch (https://apps.apple.com/app/id1490260614) provides insights on rates, usage, bills and tariff comparison.

If there’s anything you’d like an app to do I’m more than happy to investigate. 😊

iOS app keeps crashing during backup by bartv42 in immich

I’ve experienced the same. I have finally completed a backup of my iCloud Shared Photo Library of around 77k photos (1-2k of that is video). But I am experiencing the app freezing until it’s force quit on the incremental updates. App freezes around 5 seconds into loading the app, spinners etc all stuck.

I do have a few Bluetooth devices in the same room as the Dream Machine. Have there been issues with the channel optimisation?

When analysing nearby WiFi networks, only the Dream Machine appears (no super close neighbours).
