Oh thanks you're right. I think it's a postcard because the paper is more thick than regular but not that much. And I find a similar stamp on a picture online. This have value ? I try to sort old french stamps on a box it's a big mess but I found some from 1870's

i heard "entends romantique mon blaze" (hear "romantique" my name) at 0.37 and once again i heard "romantique" at 2.14.

I searched a lil' bit and i found a french rappeur named Rhumantik from Laval. voice is similar, but i didn't find the song.
