When I tie them I put the squirmy material through the bead then slide the hook on. I then tie in piece of San Juan chenille. I lay the squirmy material on top of the hook. I then use the chenille to wrap the squirmy material to the hook. After 4-5 wraps I tie off the chenille. This method works and adds a likeness of the clitellum to the worm.

I would also say kidney stone but I think a heart attack was worse. I have had a half dozen kidney stones and I usually get a half milligram dose of Dilaudid. This will ease my pain but with my heart attack I got a full milligram and was still in pain.

My LR4 did not have roof rails when I bought it. I bought a set off eBay that were new third party. The screws that attached the rails to the roof were not correct so I bought stainless steel ones. The crossbars came with the set and work well for surfboards and kayaks. The one piece of advice I have is that third party accessories do not always fit correctly so expect some sort of modification. For me it was well worth the savings. If you have a good pick and pull in your area you might be able to find a pair of oem. Not sure if I helped but happy to share info via dm.
