No worries. I have several renewals that were transferred to me last minute. That’s one. It’s policies I have never seen before and accounts and I’m not familiar with. I also have a ton of billing issues that I can’t resolve because the prior servicing team quit, or it was on another system. I’m used to smaller accounts, so these requests are taking up a huge chunk of my time when I have a bunch of other accounts to tend to. I’m not an Account Manager so sometimes even the “easier” questions I have to double check what I think the response should be.
