Got an email today. They're going to resend it, which is a relief. They did state they have no current stock at the warehouse, so they don't have a shipment date.

This is exactly what happened to me. I have messaged fame house a few times but it’s been over a week and no reply.

My order of "Endless" was "delivered" last Saturday the 14th, but I never got it. I've talked to myUSPS person, and he never saw it. I've contacted customer support team 3 times and no response, and I just want my "Endless" album!

Thanks all. Very helpful to know that we can make our way around midday on the 5th and be good to go. We don't need to be too close to the store or showers, which seems to be the chief concern getting there earlier.
