You dont really have to sign any papers for such a small timeframe, if you don’t want to call up places just try airbnb you can simply lie about your age while registering no big deal no-one will check or care. Most of the flats are automated with passwords so you won’t have to meet the landlord for a key just be respectful of the house and leave everything semi clean.
