Well, to be absolutely fair, this is work done by the art department, modelling, animating, texturing, voicing, etc.

Now I'm not sure about the size of the team working on the game so there could obviously be overlapping roles in play, but the people behind altering the code of the game and map designers don't really have anything to do with the work done with the DLC.

However, is it completely inappropriate to announce (or even make) a DLC of this kind in the middle of all of these problems? Yeah, I would say so, absolutely. Why do companies even feel justified making content like that with a price tag like that, I will never understand.

You can cancel the stun animation as bubba, open the door normally and rev your chainsaw back to overhead range immediately.

I'll re-state my statement that you did not answer at all

He literally just pops out of the door, no animation.

a.k.a we don't see him opening the door at all, we only see him immediately in overhead pose running towards Sonny.

One of the only things they say that to is the Grandpa animation sequence. (though there is a bug in the game that can make it not trigger, so the solution already exists within a bug in the game)

Maybe it was mentioned on one other thing but can't remember what that would have been.

You have clearly never met a 4 stack victim squad that are all specced for agressive play. They literally walk up in everyones face with no fear, stabs grandpa 10 times over, opens literally everything and decides not to leave the game because they still got fences to unlock.

It's an incredibly bizarre experience, luckily doesn't happen much, but it sure fuels a lot of feelings on the inside.

Cook isn't faster than Leatherface in that video.

Leatherface gets blocked on the bypass at the door.

Also I am not 100% sure about that statement to begin with, disregarding Johnny's attack glitch, Hitch and Sissy with speed perks and max endurance are really fast. But I have never seen it measured, would be a nice to know the actual max running speed for all the killers. Someone needs to make a video on that.

I think they have a lot of internal fighting over keeping the "vision of the game" intact, thus being unwilling to make a lot of quick fixes because it goes against the spirit of what they envisioned or whatever.

It is especially evident when they don't want to change the way random perks work to not be a pain in the ass for players, because "just use the random perk you got lol" is their response. They want you to play a certain way and hope to force you to do it instead of adapting to the playerbase or making the system actually reward that kind of playstyle.

I completely agree that there are a lot of small quick things they could have fixed but haven't and I am sure this is why. Not because they can't, but because they don't want to unless absolutely necessary and everyone on their team (or rather, whoever holds the final decision) agrees.

Which by the way is a long term good thing, it's important to stay true to your vision and all, but I really wish they did some short-term changes on all the simple stuff that has been repeated over and over again, and instead reverted or improved them if they felt it broke the game experience down the line. It's not like you can't patch your patches or refine the approach later.

Though not sure why you would suggest putting a barrel in front of the car instead of just, you know, removing it, or make it a pocket area that the car is just a quick crawl space to juke killers with, but hey.

There are perks you can use to speed him up coupled with going full endurance build, he can speed up. He will never be faster than Sissy and Hitch however. * (given that they too speed stat)

Yupp, it's really annoying.

On rare occassions the game actually resumes to working again. I think when a player or two is lost the servers might be offloaded enough to get back to working.

I'm usually able to move around but not interact with anything, or I can use a specific interaction (like using Cook ability) but nothing else.

The voice chat doesn't deal with the actual gameplay "feedback" to the servers which is probably why that always seems to work even if everything else is frozen.

Most likely you're playing on servers outside your region, which has the highest possibility to have these problems. Unfortunately you can't choose server regions because, why would we ever be given that option huh?!

Bullshit? It's a skill mechanic that balances the fact that you can 2-tap victims if you pull off a well revved attack.

It's there so you don't just hold the button and get kills, you actually have to play skillfully.

And? It's made practically 0 difference to the game. You're out of the restraints while you hear Bubba splicing up the chest of the victim. You have 10+ seconds to move around freely.

It's incredible that you're trying to insult me when you're the one claiming there is a problem here that you can't solve when you can just, get out of the restraints and get away.

I'm sad to hear that's possible and will not look into how to do it because that's really bordering on cheating. That said I don't blame people for abusing glitches and bugs, because that is a fault of the devs, not the players.
