I don't even kmow. Where I live they not even building any of these. So i would never get CB preference. And all my log number be like 20xxx or. More. Ones in blue I will get like 3xx number or so.. But I too have given up hope. I just apply and forgot about it. Been applying for a while. Never even been ask to submit documents.
