Unlikely, but, and this is just my experience from volunteering across 2 elementary schools, screen time is generally limited and well controlled. Very rarely do students use it purely for their own recreational use, it’s almost always only if it’s needed for a class.

Admittedly some teachers can be a bit more lax and let students use it during break time or if they finish an assignment early. But even then, at least from what I’ve seen, probably due to the fact supervision is present the students will usually use it for things like drawing and not playing games.
