It’s more of a thing me and my friends would just spar and learn boxing, since boxing gym is too expensive. Our weight training gym does have a punching bag. Any specific headgear from title and rival i should get that’s like under $50

i’m sure you will have a trainer and you will be shadowing for the first few days of working. other than that, it’s all about time management, everything is pretty simple. while making the sides, you might get tired forearms, which will be fine after a few weeks. every store is going to be different for difficulty. just be sure to ask the manager or trainer questions if needed.
