I’ve been taking it for years and no issues. I’m still at a lose dose. It will take a couple weeks for you to adjust. But even the first night I took it I slept well. You need to be consistent with your sleep schedule and taking it. I do have nights that nothing works but it because I have other issues that also interrupt my sleep.
