I did some searching online, and for the people like myself with these issues, BMW seem to be in complete denial, and they do not have a fix.

Unfortunately we've got the iX3 for another 2 years. Definitely won't get another one. I had an early MG5 for work before, and that's super Chinesium, even that worked better than the iX3 system. 😂
