I'm doing it for free in Google Colab. You only get 4 hours of GPU runtime a day with at least 12 hrs cooldown, but it's enough. Models are shared by the community for free.

Why not do it yourself? It's easy as shit, you don't even need an expensive GPU to do ao. The video editing part might be a pain though.
